Custom Orders Production & Processing Time

All custom orders are made-to-order and have a production lead time of at least 3-4 months depending on design. The process of handmade ceramics can be highly unpredictable and issues may arise at any stage of production. This is even more so for custom orders as each piece is specially crafted for you. In the unfortunate event that I have to remake your item from scratch, the production time will be extended. I will reach out via email as soon as possible to inform you the new lead time. Once your order is ready, I will carefully pack, label and send off for shipping within 5 business days. If there are any delays in sending work out I will also be in touch.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout before placing your order. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as location, weather conditions, shipping carrier and customs delays.

Domestic Shipping

Local deliveries within Singapore have a flat rate of SGD 10 and may take up to a week to arrive. Free delivery for orders above SGD300! 

International Shipping

All international orders are fulfilled by DHL Express with a delivery time of 3 business days or longer depending on circumstances. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and shipping zones. The higher the total weight, the higher the shipping costs. Here's a brief range (1-9kg) for your reference:

Note: If you purchase more than one item, it's possible that the shipping rate calculated at checkout is more than the actual rate if I can fit all items in the same box. In that case, I will refund the excess shipping charges to your original payment method.

Customs & Duties

Please note that import duties and taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost. These are charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, I cannot inform you what these costs may be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please make sure you are aware of your own countries tax/import fees before you order to avoid any surprise charges. Any parcels returned to me due to unpaid customs/import fees will not be refunded. I can only rearrange delivery but redelivery charges will apply.

Lost Items/Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before checking out and include house/apartment or unit number. I cannot offer any refunds for lost parcels due to wrong shipping details provided to me. Any parcels returned to me due to failed delivery will not be refunded. I can only rearrange delivery but redelivery charges will apply.
