No Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of custom orders, I have a strict no return, exchanges and refund policy. All sales are final as each item is unique and specially handcrafted just for you. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled with a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. Please drop me an email with your order number at the soonest possible if you have to cancel. Cancellations will not be accepted once production has commenced or after the 24-hour window, whichever is earlier.
Incorrect Items
If you have received the wrong item, my apologies! Please drop me an email with your order number at the soonest possible and I will rectify the issue.
Damaged/Loss Items
All orders are carefully packed to ensure that they reach you unharmed. In the very unlikely event that an order arrives damaged/ becomes lost in transit, please email me with your order number and photos of the damaged parcel and item. I will do my best to resolve this issue for you with a replacement item or a refund excluding shipping.
